A KKD service coordinator will do their best to match you with medical affiliates and service providers that accept most insurance plans.
When using KKD make sure to inquire about fees and insurance prior to ordering the service. Insured patients may have a deductible or co-pay. Each one is based on the patient’s individual plan. Patients may be asked to pay for the visit if their deductible has not yet been met. We recommend that you check with your insurance carrier for the list of services that are covered under your plan.
For house calls, the physician's fees include the initial visit and diagnosis. Any diagnostics or pharmaceutical services will be billed additionally.
Patients are provided with a comprehensive bill to submit to their health insurance carrier for reimbursement. It is our experience that most major insurance plans will reimburse the visit up to 70%. The US Medicare CCPT code for a house call is 99344. Check with your insurance carrier if it is covered under your plan.

The annual fee for KKD membership is $79.00
